An 88 sq m house comes with a 400 sq m private terrace, and netizens are openly envious

To have the garden of my dreams that truly belongs to me, I decided to sell my current house. After a packed week, everything was settled this afternoon...
A small house with a big garden is the real way forward for a true plant lover; you can spend all your time outside the house
To grow a garden, I went all out. The super-large 400 sq m terrace has finally come into my hands. Can't wait~~
You could only buy it through connections; the developer was keeping it and not selling. There were only three houses like this in total, and I grabbed one
I'm not rich; I bought it with a loan. I don't want to go through the hassle of changing houses again, so I went for it in one step. For growing flowers properly, 4th floor of a 32-story building, private terrace, all 400 sq m for my family's exclusive use
It was all given as a bonus, a private terrace. To get onto the terrace, you can only go out through my home's door. I want to grow a garden, not a forest, so I may leave 1/4-1/3 of the space empty as a drying area
I bought the house precisely for this terrace. The layout is actually not bad either, 88 sq m, and the total price was acceptable. A relative helped me find the developer and order it internally, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to buy it at all and could only look on and sigh
The house has been handed over~~ Overjoyed!!!
Waiting and waiting, hoping and hoping, after 8 months, I finally got the keys!!!
Before anyone moves in, the flowers go first!!
I definitely would only buy it if there is usage rights. Below are shops; this terrace is actually the roof of eight or nine shops
I also won't build large-scale private structures on it. My original intention is to create a private garden, filled with flowers, fruit and vegetables. This does not count as permanent illegal construction!
But I estimate it will take three to five years of growing before the effect is visible. By then I plan to buy a barbecue grill and invite friends over for BBQ at home every few days,
With such a big terrace, I don't even know where to start. Please everyone share design ideas!
