More and more people like growing a pot of vegetables indoors. It greencs the environment, beautifies the home, and you can pick and eat them every day - fresh and delicious, free of any pesticides, and it saves you the money you would spend buying vegetables.

Today we share with you a new way of growing vegetables: with one handful of seeds and two sheets of paper, in 7 days you can grow a small pot of vegetables, in 10 days you can eat them, and in one month you can harvest 2 rounds in a row. Doesn't that sound satisfying? Let's take a look together!

This method of growing vegetables on paper is eco-friendly and hygienic. It counts as pollution-free green vegetables, contains no pesticides at all, and growing it yourself to eat yourself gives you peace of mind. It is called sprout and microgreen vegetable.

The specific method

Prepare two sheets of paper and one handful of seeds, for example Chinese toon sprouts, radish sprouts, dragon-beard pea sprouts, peanut sprouts, broad bean sprouts and so on

Soak the seeds in clean water for a while, and select the high-quality seeds. Generally the poor seeds will float up; remove the seeds that float up. You can also inspect them with your eyes and remove the seeds that are not plump, which can increase the germination rate!

Wrap the selected seeds in gauze, keep the gauze moist, and place them in a cool place with indirect light. In about 3 to 5 days they will sprout; set them aside for later use!

Prepare a tray with holes and two sheets of A4 paper. Lay one sheet of A4 paper flat on the tray, spray it with water to wet it, and spread the sprouted seeds evenly on the paper. Be careful not to let the seeds overlap, otherwise the germination rate will drop. Cover the seeds with the other sheet of A4 paper, spray thoroughly with water, and place it in a bright spot with indirect light to grow.

During this period you need to ensure two things: one is enough light, and the other is enough moisture. Spraying water once in the morning and once in the evening is enough to provide normal moisture! In 5-7 days small green leaves will grow, very beautiful!

After about ten days, they can grow to about ten cm, and at this point you can cut them and eat them. Some vegetables can keep growing, and you can eat 2 rounds in a row over one month.

This growing method is hygienic and saves space. You can grow several pots and put them on the balcony - they are ornamental and also save you the money you would spend on buying vegetables!
