How to prevent pests when growing flowers in summer? Keep these simple and practical tips

In summer, when the weather is hot, flowers and plants are prone to pests, which troubles many flower growers. Flowers and plants enter a period of vigorous growth. If potted flowers and plants are not protected against pests properly, it will affect the growth of the whole plant. Today I will teach you some pest prevention methods:
Beer
Find a shallow dish, pour beer into it, and place it around the flowerpot. Some pests such as snails will follow the smell of beer and fall into the dish.
Dried chili peppers
Prepare dried chili peppers, add water at a ratio of 1:25 and boil for half an hour. After it cools, filter it and spray it on the flowers. This can control aphids and red spider mites.
Plant ash
Find some straw and burn it, or buy plant ash directly. Pour the ash onto the surface of the soil where there are pests, then spray a layer of water on the surface. This can control aphids.
Garlic
It contains allicin, which can kill many kinds of pathogens. Crush garlic and add water, then filter and spray it on the surface of the plant. This can prevent aphids, red spider mites, and others.
Maple and poplar leaves
Wash maple and poplar leaves, mash them, and bury them in the soil to prevent cutworms and mole crickets.
Walnut peel
Wash walnut leaves or fruit peel, mash them, add water at a ratio of 1:15 and soak for 24 hours, then filter and spray on the branches and leaves to prevent aphids, wireworms, and others.
