Aphids and red spider mites are the natural enemies of flowers and plants. Many flower growers are troubled by them and have bought quite a few insecticides, but the results are not satisfactory. In fact, everyone has "insecticide" at home. So how is it made?

1. The simplest and most direct method is to just crush them to death! However, many people find it disgusting, so wiping them off with a paper towel or wearing gloves also works.

2. Chili pepper water: Slightly chop dried chili pepper husks and soak them in water overnight. Early the next morning, first give the rose a little clean water so it can drink its fill, then spray the chili pepper water with the chili husks filtered out onto the insects.

Chili pepper water will irritate and kill aphids and red spider mites, but it is also irritating to roses, so let the rose drink its fill of water first before using it. Be careful to spray it directly on the insects, not into the potting soil.

3. Laundry detergent water: 200ml clean water + 15ml laundry detergent + 3ml cooking oil, stir evenly, pour into a small spray bottle, and kill insects without mercy!

But before spraying, still give the rose clean water first, to prevent the rose from absorbing the laundry detergent water. The oil is added to make the solution stick to the leaves and suffocate the insects.

4. Tobacco shred water: Take the tobacco shreds out of one cigarette, soak them in 200ml of clean water, let them soak overnight, then wipe the leaves with insects. Even people cannot stand the smell of tobacco shred water, let alone aphids and red spider mites.

5. Garlic water: Peel one head of garlic clean, smash it, then add 300ml of clean water, soak for 1-2 days, put it into a spray bottle, aim at the insects and spray, turning them upside down!

Homemade insecticides are no less powerful than the ones you buy. Flower growers who are interested can give it a try and send the pests packing this season!
