Chia is the most popular superfood
Among the Tian Gui ACQ trio, the only one that can be eaten without cooking is chia (Chia); both amaranth (Amaranth) and red quinoa (Quinoa) must be cooked before eating. Therefore, chia is the most convenient-to-use health-promoting whole grain among the ACQ trio.
Eat 2 tablespoons of chia every day: soak it, grind it, bake it, drink it, make jam with it, make smoothies with it, eat the leaves, brew it as tea - all of these work. Simple to use and easy to carry, no wonder chia has become the world's most popular superfood.
No doubt about it - if you want chia, you don't need to import it; it's available locally (Tian Gui). Please contact Teacher Huang of Tian Gui at 0921-841761 [email protected]
