When you encounter troubles again, tell yourself: do not hate, do not resent, let everything be calm, let the past drift away like smoke. Some things, some past events, some feelings, if they are destined not to be yours, and can only pass you by, then deliberately holding on will only leave you physically and mentally exhausted. Why cling to past sorrows and refuse to let go? You should know that after being lonely and indifferent for too long, joy and warmth will drift away.
