Growing a pot of aloe on the balcony: enjoy its ornamental value, shield against radiation, make face masks, and one pot can multiply into 50 pots

Keeping a pot of aloe at home is very useful, especially Aloe vera. It can not only whiten and moisturize the skin, be made into face masks, serve as an ornamental plant and shield against radiation, but also help prevent and treat mosquito bites with very good results, and it can even be eaten and has good health-preserving benefits. It is a typical family doctor,
So how should aloe be grown at home to grow well? Actually it is very simple. Aloe is basically a lazy person's flower. As long as the roots do not rot, it is not easy to kill.
1. Soil: choose loose, breathable soil. Aloe's root system is also fairly well developed. When the soil is loose and breathable, the roots take hold well, and only then will the aloe grow vigorously. If the soil is compacted, the roots will not grow well, and the aloe will grow slowly or stop growing.
2. Watering: if the aloe grows slowly and its leaves are thin, check whether the watering is not soaking through. We all know aloe is drought-tolerant, but during its growing period it also needs sufficient water. When the soil is thoroughly dry, be sure to water thoroughly.
If the leaves of a newly bought aloe are all thick and plump, but become thin after being kept for a while, it is very likely that you are not watering enough. When aloe is grown in a greenhouse, watering is very generous. When we bring it home, we do not dare to water it. In fact, as long as the soil is loose and breathable, more watering will not easily cause root rot.
3. Fertilizing: if you want the aloe to grow quickly, fertilizer is indispensable. You can apply a nitrogen-based organic fertilizer once or twice a month. Be sure to apply thin fertilizer frequently; applying too much fertilizer at one time can easily burn the roots.
4. Light: aloe does not need too strong light. You can water it thoroughly and place it in a semi-shaded place. Too much sun makes the leaves turn red and wilt, and growth becomes slow with insufficient vitality.
If you grow it according to these points, the aloe will grow plump, thick and dark green, and the small offsets will rapidly fill the pot. Break one off, stick it in casually, and it becomes another pot. One pot can become dozens of pots, and there will be so many at home that there is no room for them.
