For plants, the high temperatures, heat and humidity of summer are a disaster, and for succulents that dislike high temperatures, it is even more so; if you are not careful, succulents will wither. But some succulents can still grow tenaciously in summer, so why not grow these succulents in summer.

1. Cactus genus

For cacti to get through summer, you just need to water less and keep them ventilated, and they will be perfectly fine. A high temperature of 40 degrees is like their greenhouse, and the more they grow, the more vigorous they become; in summer they are not afraid at all. Is the cactus in everyone's impression very hard and ugly? In fact, cacti of the Astrophytum genus such as Astrophytum myriostigma, and even colorful cacti, are very beautiful and interesting. Astrophytum myriostigma grows only so-so in other seasons, but the hot summer instead makes it grow like crazy.

2. Aeonium genus

In summers with extreme high temperatures, succulents of this genus really perform very well, still growing quite vigorously, and high temperatures do not affect them too much. But it is definitely not the kind to be exposed to full sun; they still need to be moved to a shaded place. However, compared with other plants, they are really very easy to grow.
