Now I always feel there is not enough time. On weekends I don't want to go anywhere, I just want to stay in the garden. Even at work I keep thinking about it all the time. Tiring, yes, but happily tiring. With such a big garden of flowers and trees, just looking at them lifts my mood!

I am just an ordinary office worker. I only tend it after coming home from work and on rest days. Apart from work, my time is basically taken up by the terrace.

Overlooking from above.

From renovation to now, it has taken two and a half years. The terrace is constantly being improved and developed, and the flowers and plants are gradually flourishing.

The rooftop load capacity is no more than 400 kg per sq m, which is completely achievable. The backfill is all lightweight bricks. Doing the terrace this way is no problem at all, and the property management did not even come to inspect.

Frequent spraying, frequent watering, frequent fertilizing, very tiring. Apart from work, most of my energy goes into growing flowers, but when the flowers bloom all over the garden, I feel all this effort is worthwhile.

Roses need a relatively large amount of fertilizer. I buy all kinds of fertilizers: sheep manure, chicken manure, organic, compound, sea green, Huaduoduo, Aolü, and so on, too many to count.

Spring seems to arrive a little later in my home than in other people's. The flowers and plants have grown quite a few buds, waiting to open.

While the spring light is so lovely, hurry up and get to work! Cultivate a day earlier, harvest a day earlier.
