How to quickly get small old bonsai stumps? Try the ring-barking aerial layering method

The circumcision aerial layering method is a propagation method used by Chinese people, with a relatively high survival rate and wide adaptability. Thin branches, thick branches and old branches can all be propagated by aerial layering, and it is even possible to study transplanting an entire tree by aerial layering, reducing the manpower for transplanting and reducing damage to the soil from tree removal. The aerial layering process is simple: remove the bark and moss, and keep it moist until the roots are strong enough to support the tree.
Pull out the spot that needs aerial layering.
The circumference width of the ring is about two cm high.
Scrape off the constituent layers.
Wrap the ringed part with a plastic bag and fasten it.
Place it in soaked moss.
Fill it up to ensure the ringed part is completely wrapped. The aluminum wire is wrapped around together, with a certain gap at the top, so that the moss can be watered when it dries out.
The plastic bag of the aerial layer is a bit old and worn.
New roots can be seen through the plastic bag. When the plastic bag is removed, many white and tender roots can be seen coming out of the moss.
It is hoped that with the bark stripped for moss, the recovery of new roots far exceeds imagination.
Cut off the excess stem below the roots so that it can be placed on the pot.
