Xia Guoyu, a bonsai master at the Lingyin management office of the Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area, has over 40 years of experience and was awarded the title of "Chinese Bonsai Art Master." "Chinese Bonsai Art Master" is selected by the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture and represents the highest level of Chinese bonsai.

Master Fan Yicheng's more than 20 years of professional experience, along with his outstanding achievements and pioneering contributions in Chinese arborvitae (Platycladus orientalis) artistic creation, played a key role in establishing the "Chinese Hundred-Leaf Bonsai" brand conceived by Xintai bonsai. The art world and renowned experts have called him "one of the chief founders of Xintai Chinese arborvitae bonsai" and "a representative of Xintai's representative urban bonsai and of Western bonsai." Many of his works have won first prizes, gold and silver awards at national bonsai exhibitions.
