Florists like this are becoming more and more popular.

Now in the United States, more and more florists are starting to own their own farms. The American floral industry has given this group a special name: Farm Florist. It is hard to say whether they started growing flowers first or started doing design first, but these titles specifically refer to those designers who have artistic talent, can create beautiful floral art, and also own a farm that produces floral materials specifically for their own needs.
Sarah Ryhanen and Erin Benzakein, whom we introduced before, can both be considered Farm Florists. Today we are introducing another cross-disciplinary florist, Ariella (ARIELLA CHEZA).
Ariella comes from New York. Her mother is a Dutch artist. From childhood, she accompanied her mother in depicting the flowers and plants in the garden, and Ariella, who had always studied vocal music, unconsciously absorbed this aesthetic influence.
After graduating from music school in 1997, Ariella (ARIELLA CHEZA), on a chance occasion, participated in arranging a wedding. She was deeply struck by the beautiful flowers and floral design, and she immediately knew this was the career and life she wanted.
Ariella's floral art, from color and composition to vessels, is extremely beautiful, with an elegant quality that seems to belong in a painting, and many people learn floral art from her. Her flower arrangement style is loved by the American upper class, and she has become a floral star in New York's fashion circles. Not only did the White House invite her to arrange flowers, but many high-end restaurants, celebrity weddings, and fashion occasions also invited her to become their exclusive florist.
Not only that, she has also written articles about floral art for many major media outlets, magazines, and newspapers. Having already published two books about floral art, she is also one of the most expensive floral teachers in the United States.
At first, her flower shop was also opened in downtown New York, but gradually, due to fierce competition in the floral market, every floral designer wanted to create a form with their own characteristics, yet the flowers available for purchase on the market could no longer meet their needs.
Seeking novelty and change has already become the newest battlefield in the high-end floral market.
Even someone as successful as Ariella still had to seek novelty and change.
In 2015, sensing changes in the market, she knew that innovating her floral design would inevitably require expanding her sources of floral materials, and at the same time she also had to respond to young people's longing for natural wild charm by expanding the natural experience in her floral courses.
So, with the assistance of her husband Christopher Gregory, Ariella left New York and opened a flower farm in Columbia County in eastern Georgia. This farm not only produces special wild mountain flowers and wild mountain grasses, but also provides her fans with a flower arrangement course where they can experience the wild charm of nature.
This flower arrangement course, full of natural wild charm, brought Ariella's career to a peak again.
The emergence of Farm Florists precisely represents humanity's pursuit of natural wild charm, and is also a new trend combining floral aesthetics with floral cultivation technology.
These florists not only innovate in floral design, but also find much innovative inspiration from the source of floral materials, that is, from nature.
