Cuttings not rooting? Soak them in 3 kinds of free rooting water and they will survive

The current weather is quite suitable for taking plant cuttings, but cuttings have a low survival rate and root slowly. Don't worry. Before taking cuttings, use these 3 kinds of free rooting water to soak the branches first, and anything you plant will survive.
1. Edible vinegar
Edible vinegar contains acetic acid, which has a very good antibacterial and sterilizing effect. Diluting it with water to make rooting water can effectively prevent cuttings from rotting, thereby increasing the survival and rooting rate of the cuttings.
Choose salt-free edible rice vinegar and mix it with cool boiled water at a ratio of 1:100. Place the lower part of the cuttings in the solution and soak for about 8 hours, then remove them. After they dry in the shade, they can be planted as cuttings.
This solution can be used to soak plants such as camellias, kalanchoes and grapes.
2. White sugar
White sugar can be mixed directly with water to make rooting water. After removing the lower leaves from the cut branches, mix white sugar with hot water at a ratio of 1:10 (it will not dissolve without hot water). After this aqueous solution cools, place the branches in the solution and soak for half an hour, then plant them as normal cuttings.
This solution can be used for taking cuttings of flowers such as Chinese roses, geraniums, kalanchoes, camellias and azaleas.
3. Willow branches
Willow branches contain a substance called salicylic acid, which promotes rooting in plants, helping branches root as quickly as possible. The effect is excellent.
Willow branches can be broken off by a small river and taken home for use. Making rooting water is also very simple. First cut the willow branches into sections, soak them in hot water for one day, then put the branches to be used for cuttings in to soak for 12 hours. After they dry in the shade, plant them as normal cuttings.
This solution can be used for taking cuttings of green plants and flowers such as spider plants, pothos, azaleas and Chinese roses.
