Indoor succulent pot arrangements paired with discarded containers bring out a fresh, rustic countryside feel

Growing succulents on the balcony or windowsill, that kind of beauty and cuteness within reach, they are always so appealing. Below, the editor will introduce some very creative succulent care tips.
The home decorating effect of succulents is always overlooked. Gardening friends will say: it is already hard enough just to keep my succulents alive, so how can I even talk about decorating with them?
Succulent plants have very juicy leaves, roots and stems, and thick leaves, so they do not need much watering. They are only afraid of heat, cold and damp. If you can control yourself and water less, with proper ventilation and light, they are the easiest plants to grow!
(So cute)
The editor likes succulents because they are easy to grow, oddly shaped, come in many varieties, and have rich colors, including: green, blue, pink, red, yellow, white, purple, black, white and so on. How could you not like them?
Below are creative ways to plant succulents:
1. Wine bottle succulent pot
A very elegant red wine bottle planter. You need some cotton string and alcohol. Tie the cotton string soaked in alcohol around the position on the wine bottle where you want the opening, light it for a few minutes, then put it into cold water to cool, and you get the flower pot shown above. Just sand it with sandpaper. (Recommended succulents: Rosary Vine, Blue Chalksticks, Variegated String of Pearls, Elephant Bush, etc.)
2. Miniature glass pot
This miniature landscape is also very elegant. It mainly uses sphagnum moss to wrap some peat soil, which looks very beautiful, without the plainness of soil. Because there are no drainage holes, you must be especially careful when watering (water less, keep it dry). Recommended succulents: Burro's Tail, Coppertone Stonecrop, Graptoveria 'Titubans', Variegated String of Pearls, Haworthia, etc.
3. Succulent bookends
This is a very easy-to-make miniature garden. Succulents are very easy to care for. This one is suitable for placing by the windowsill. The glass bottle is filled with pebbles, and in the center of the bottle is peat soil wrapped in sphagnum moss. For the succulents, choose plants like Hen and Chicks and Sempervivum.
4. Jar pot
Mason jars (glass jars with threaded metal lids) are very suitable for growing succulents. The ones above are bottles coated with various colored paints, paired with cute succulents. The succulents chosen include: Echeveria 'Mebina', Elephant Bush, Graptopetalum mendozae and other succulents.
5. Succulent suitcase
Old suitcases are very hard to find, so you can use an old tin pencil case instead. This is a very unique little item, with several layers of space. Plant some succulents such as Sempervivum, Aeonium 'Sunburst', Pencil Cactus and Sedum dasyphyllum.
6. Succulent books
These are all very old books, yet they can be turned into very fashionable potted plants. You can use some old, useless dictionaries to make them. Cut out holes with a utility knife, line them with some plastic wrap, then use sphagnum moss to plant succulents, including types such as: Hen and Chicks, Echeveria 'Purple Pearl', Graptoveria 'Titubans' and other succulents
7. Succulent chandelier
These are very shallow chandelier trays, small candle holders used for holding candles, now paired with some succulents. There will be some holes along the edge of the tray (used for drainage).
Note: do not hang it in a windy place. Choose succulents such as Sedum spurium, Hen and Chicks, Echeveria 'Purple Pearl' and the like.
8. Succulent picture frame
A succulent picture frame is very interesting, or at least looks very artistic. Its decorative value is much greater than its practical value, and vertical succulent planting is still quite difficult. First arrange chicken wire in the picture frame, add peat soil and sphagnum moss, plant the succulents on a table first, and after two months when they have grown stable, hang it on the wall.
9. Light box pot
This light box with lots of gaps is very suitable for growing succulents. Beautiful and charming succulents, paired with white gravel, and various combinations of succulents such as golden stonecrop, Aeonium 'Zwartkop', Burro's Tail and others. (Suitable for a sunny, ventilated, warm and dry place)
10. Half-open glass bottle
This is a very elegant little miniature landscape. Although there is no healing water, pairing it with some pepperomia plants still looks quite nice.
11. Glass jar flower pot
This one is very ornamental, but a bit more difficult to care for, and you also need tweezers to help when planting. The most recommended plant is the air plant!
12. Jar pot
Various milk powder cans, with a little modification, can also become the most charming potted plants. Plant various succulents such as Golden Stonecrop, Graptosedum 'Francesco Baldi', Graptoveria 'Titubans' and others. Very cute.
13. Succulent miniature landscape
A combination pot of succulents, combining Pencil Cactus, String of Pearls, Haworthia, Cereus repandus, Burro's Tail and other succulents. It looks like the most beautiful focal point.
14. Succulent teacup
Colorful old teacups can also become small pots for succulents. Very interesting, mainly because of the bright colors.
15. Tea tin succulent pot
Various tea tins and biscuit tins are all very good containers, but you need to drill holes in the bottom of the container to improve drainage, and also line the bottom with gravel and granular soil to improve air and water permeability.
