I don't even remember how I first got into succulents. This is my fourth year in the hobby. Ever since I bought my first succulent, there was no stopping it - buying plants, buying pots, buying soil, buying all kinds of things, an endless cycle... Gradually I accumulated more and more, and I kept saying: "I'm not buying anymore, I'm cutting off my hands!" Yet just a few hours later I'd be slapping myself in the face... slapping myself loud and hard... Most succulent lovers are probably like this, right? It hurts... Ah, there's no helping it, who told me to love succulents so much!

What's comforting is that my family doesn't object to this hobby of mine. Especially my husband - though he occasionally says I'm always buying, buying, buying... I know in his heart he understands me and dotes on me, as long as I'm happy it's fine... Over these years he has modified several succulent shelves for me! Especially last year when I moved the succulents from my parents' home (Zhuhai, Guangdong) back to my in-laws' home (Jiangxi), every time he came back he would help me bring a batch of succulents and pots! That's really a huge leap... So one of life's greatest blessings is having someone who understands and supports your hobby! Thanks to my husband, my succulents have grown more and more numerous and more and more beautiful... Many friends like them! Haha... I seem to be getting a bit carried away! Alright, enough of the family talk... Next, please enjoy some of my beloved succulents~

First, let's have a Pachyphytum 'Blue Haze' (Pink Blue Bird). Personally I think Pink Blue Bird is really easy to grow and very tough! It gets through summer easily and still looks good! The only thing that makes you worry is that it loves to "wear a skirt"... For this I just hold back and water less...

Orange Monroe. One of my favorite varieties! Because I actually have thirty or forty pots of various sizes... I even leaf-propagated several myself! It's just that it grows dreadfully slowly...

Joey. The year before last I bought a big clustering one... Then over the summer it stretched out so much its own mother wouldn't recognize it! I still prefer a small single one like this~ The color is different every season~ I personally think it's a variety with changeable colors!

Sedum clavatum (Ningzhi Lian). It's fragrant~ Although this one is small, I've grown it myself for two years! I remember the first time I learned about this variety: a succulent friend was having a clearance sale and I didn't manage to grab it, and then I remembered this variety... After that I bought several in one go!

Bellrose? Secanda? Seven Blessings Meini? So many names~ An easy-to-cluster rosette!

Ice Berry hybrid? Berry hybrid? Anyway, when I bought it the seller said it was a hybrid of these two! I find it fairly easy to color up, compared with my other Ice Berry and Berry ones... Recently it's been going crazy pupping!

Cinderella. This one was recommended to me by a friend~ Later I quietly searched for it... When you like something you want to own it! And you still have to own several! This is a disease!

Twin Berry! The best-looking Berry I've grown~ It turns red very easily!

Qinxin. I'd actually been wanting this since two years ago... But back then a single head cost two or three hundred... So I never dared to buy it! Until last year when the price took a huge dive... I bought a three-head cluster for a few tens, and two single heads for just over ten yuan...

Ice Jade. Doesn't this color look so well-behaved! Actually Ice Jade isn't exactly hard to grow, but it isn't exactly easy either! Anyway, it fattens up easily! It leaf-propagates easily! But at the drop of a hat it loves to rot... dying on me to show off! A few days ago I lost a three-headed one to rot!

Qinxin.

Snow Claw Bianter. A variety that gets blood spots fairly easily! Among the Claw types, apart from Green Claw, this is my favorite!

Ebony. A variety that rather troubles me! I just can't get it to color up... only a tiny bit of black on the edges...

Charming Night, Lipstick! It gets through summer quite easily! It just won't reach full color! I've realized I can't grow Ebony types well!

Sanchez. This one is something else~ I remember when I bought it, it was a single head five centimeters across! After more than two years it not only clustered... it even cristated, la la la la~ Easy to grow!

Pink Vine. A fragrant variety, pink and tender! Easy to keep alive, it just stretches out more in summer~

Unknown name. Anyway, I really love that red edge~

Benba. I think I bought a fake Benba! Why won't mine turn yellow or red! It's green like this all year round... so frustrating!

Pink Champagne. I remember champagne used to be quite expensive! This one I bought back then for 80 for two centimeters! Luckily it's very tough! It's been living well all along! I'm deeply comforted by this! No wonder the price dropped so drastically...

Xiuyan. A variety that makes people love and hate it! In summer it's just... a plate of greens! Luckily as soon as autumn comes it shows me its beauty!

Hera. I just ask, is it beautiful or not! Is it plump or not!

When I bought it, they said it was Snow Angel~ Anyway, I treat it as Monroe! One of my favorite varieties! This one is a bit strange, it seems to have grown tumors?

Pizhijin. The only variegated one I've bought! (Other variegated ones are too expensive, I can't afford them!) I hope it can keep living well forever!

Still Monroe.

Deng deng deng deng... Halloween! The Aeonium I'm proudest of and the most beautiful one I've grown! Some expert said Halloween is the most romantic Aeonium, and I raise my feet in agreement! So many colors and forms through all four seasons~

Snow Angel. My proudest work! Also the one my friends praise the most!

Yellow Peach. Red edges are my favorite! I got this variety just for that red edge!

Blue Princess. I feel like I've grown it to look like Pink Princess? Is it actually Blue Princess? Pink Princess? Anyway, it's a Princess...

Orange Monroe.

Orange Monroe.

Mikazuki Beauty. A somewhat disappointing variety! I was recommended it by some expert! But I've found I simply can't grow it to that state! Even if I fatten it up round... it still won't do...

Desert Star.

Opalina. I've seen Opalina fat as kidneys! But I can't fatten mine up...

Millet Star. This thing grows so fast! Roots fast, fills the pot fast! It just tends to dry up at the bottom in summer!

Brandy. A variety that really amazed me! It can be very, very red... but its pink is also very pretty!

Peach Egg, my fatal weakness! Every year it dies, every year I buy more... Luckily now they're all dirt cheap! So I just bought a few casually!

Encino, no one believes it's Encino... They all ask, can you really grow it this plump!

Alba Beauty. I remember it was quite expensive two years ago! A very beautiful variety...

Purple Joy, I've realized I rather like the big common ones~

White Beauty, plump or not?!

Sedum dasyphyllum (Ji Xing Beauty).

Lawrence. Very easy to bring into color

Belle Etoile, a big common one, no need to say more! You know it!

pinky lady. First time growing it! Pink and girly, everyone loves it!

Drunk Beauty cristata

Sunset Cloud! In summer it loves to stretch! When the season comes it's beautiful!

Ariel.

Pinwheel. Once an expensive one

Snowfield.

My phone album is all like this! There are six or seven thousand photos~

My phone album is all like this! There are six or seven thousand photos~ I won't post them one by one! That's all for today's introduction~ I hope everyone likes it! I generally grow them outdoors in autumn, winter and spring, and I only recently ended the outdoor growing. The soil is all 85% or more grit!

Let's finish with a Clematis!

If you like it, give it lots of likes!
