When plants at home get pests, instead of looking for insecticides, try these methods

They say all regions of China have already entered summer, but this girl in Qingdao wants to say, Qingdao still feels like spring, oh, that is just one word: awesome!
But once summer comes, the headache of growing flowers arrives too. The weather is stuffy, hot and humid, and bugs come visiting often. These past few days there have been lots of little black flies in this girl's office, impossible to shoo away, seriously affecting the mood! On a whim, I looked up a few simple pest-killing methods, and they cost nothing!
Scale insects
Wherever scale insects appear, no leaf, branch or fruit is spared. The most common case is on succulents.
Simple control methods:
Baijiu: everyone knows alcohol has a sterilising and disinfecting effect, but most people may not keep it on hand, so baijiu is the best choice. Dilute baijiu with water and pour it directly onto the soil, keep the concentration as low as possible! Water once every half month, and it takes effect after 4 consecutive waterings.
By the same principle, vinegar also has a good sterilising effect. Dip a cotton swab directly in vinegar and apply it to the branches or leaves!
Spider mites
Spider mites are very small, which means you simply cannot see a single spider mite on a leaf with the naked eye, but by the time they form a crowd it is too late! The damage from spider mites can be huge, and in severe cases the leaves will drop off!
Control methods:
Chilli water
Every home usually has chillies, just throw them into boiling water and boil them repeatedly (wearing a mask is recommended, it is so pungent). After boiling, let it cool, then spray it directly on the leaves. Chilli water made specifically to fend off wolves, surely it can kill bugs too!
Aphids
Aphids reproduce especially fast and cause great damage, ruining leaves and flowers. They usually gather on the underside of leaves, and are also hard to spot.
Control method: soapy water
When washing your hands with soap, collect the water, dilute it with more water, then spray it. Or simply wipe with soapy water.
Whiteflies
These little whiteflies make leaves lose their green colour, turn yellow and wilt, and can even kill the whole plant. They are usually on the underside of leaves.
Control methods:
Garlic water: crush garlic, dilute it with clean water, and spray the liquid directly.
