What does it feel like when your potted succulents are all eaten by your family?

When it comes to potted plants, succulents are famously hard to grow, but once you grow them well, they really are lovable. I painstakingly potted several pots of succulents, went out for 2 days over the weekend, and when I got home they were gone, eaten up by my family. Fellow succulent lovers, guess how I felt?
1. The succulent that got eaten: Graptopetalum paraguayense
I grew this Graptopetalum paraguayense for 3 years, and I don't know how much effort I poured into it. Such a lovely succulent, how could you bear to do such a cruel thing? I was nearly exploding with rage. In the eyes of people who don't like potted plants, it might just be a tasty vegetable.
It was only a few months after the incident that I learned my Graptopetalum paraguayense had been blended into Graptopetalum paraguayense juice. My family said it tasted pretty good with a little honey added. I fainted on the spot. I'm afraid I'll never have the courage to pot a Graptopetalum paraguayense again.
2. The succulent that got eaten: Orostachys japonica
Not many people can pot an Orostachys japonica like this. In summer, I would sweat and fan it with a hand fan. In winter, every time I watered it, I would first warm the cold water with my body, afraid my Orostachys japonica would catch a chill.
This one was eaten by a neighbor. Neighbor Old Zhang had a cold and a fever, and heard that Orostachys japonica can clear heat and detoxify, so he directly boiled my Orostachys japonica and drank the water. I strongly demanded a new neighbor. If he won't move, I will.
3. The succulent that got eaten: Pachyphytum oviferum
I potted this Pachyphytum oviferum for 5 years. A whole month has passed, and I still often dream about it. Fine, you ate it, but couldn't you at least leave me a leaf? Not even a bit of residue was left. You even ate the roots. Why not eat the flowerpot and soil too!
In the end, they even told me it didn't taste good, too bland, and had a medicinal herb taste. I was completely speechless. If your beloved succulent that you potted for years were eaten, would you still have the courage and confidence to grow one again? I have completely lost heart.
