Where did the red spider lily come from? Let us take you through its origins

Manjusaka, the only scenery on the road to the Yellow Springs. The equinox flower blooms for a thousand years and falls for a thousand years; flower and leaf never meet. Love is not governed by cause and effect; fate decrees life and death.
The equinox flower, at the far shore, mirrored in ten thousand layers, on the road between the living and the dead. When the flower blooms the leaf falls, never both alive together; mutual longing and mutual yearning are never betrayed.
The equinox flower blooms on the far shore; before the Naihe Bridge, what can be done?
Legend says that long, long ago, the edge of a city was covered in vast stretches of Manjusaka, that is, the equinox flower, and its fragrance had a magic power that could make people remember things from their past lives. Guarding the equinox flower were two spirits: a flower spirit named Manju and a leaf spirit named Saka. They had guarded the equinox flower for thousands of years, yet had never met, because when the flower bloomed there were no leaves, and when there were leaves there was no flower; flower and leaf had never appeared at the same time. They missed each other madly and were tormented by this pain.
Finally one day, they decided to break the god's rule and secretly meet once. That year, the vivid red flowers of the Manjusaka, set off by striking green, bloomed with unusual, bewitchingly beautiful splendor. The god's punishment came down, and this too was expected. Manju and Saka were cast into reincarnation and cursed never to be together, suffering trials in the mortal world life after life.
From then on, Manjusaka was also called the equinox flower, meaning a flower that blooms in heaven; the shape of the flower is like palms praying toward heaven, but it never appeared in that city again. This flower blooms on the road to the Yellow Springs. Each time Manju and Saka are reborn, on the road to the Yellow Springs they smell the fragrance of the equinox flower, remember their past selves, and then swear never to part, only to fall once again into the cursed cycle of reincarnation.
