How luxurious can a succulent terrace be? This is the grandest one I have ever seen

Although folk lore says succulents are plants for lazy people, people who grow succulents are never too lazy! Hand-renovating a balcony for succulents is something worth showing off for a long time~
Panorama before the renovation, the fence installed last year, the paint applied, not very satisfied with the yellow.
The design sketch I drew myself, preschool level, as long as you can understand it haha
Here comes the big move, from bricks to faux culture bricks, bit by bit
The arch ordered from the welding department, although the ones on Taobao are more professional, the shipping cost is outrageous
The effect is not bad, planning to give it to the climbing roses
Updating while feeding the baby
The succulents have finally moved into their fake luxury home
Planted a few in the ground, still haven't figured out how to shade them and keep off the rain?
Meiren Pink Dragon, super love it
My husband says this is a doghouse, but I feel it's not bad
Boston ivy, hoping it can cover the whole wall
The most important thing is here, shade shade! The magic weapon for succulents to safely get through summer
Let me talk about this shade net, a little proud, originally I was looking at the Taobao sky canopy with track type, roughly calculated it would cost several thousand yuan.
No money no money! So I had a shade net custom-made, ordered hooks, pulled steel wire ropes, made the keel myself, propped it up and it looked okay, only spent 350 yuan.
The leisure area is also custom-made, the purpose is very clear, you can eat hot pot while enjoying the succulents.
My brother-in-law also modified the electricity, installed a socket at each table leg, saying it's for charging phones and eating hot pot without delay, thanks!
The most important thing, how could I forget.. This rain canopy, I asked many companies and traveled many roads, after all the calculations, square tube polycarbonate sheet is still the most cost-effective, light transmission is basically no different from glass, the workers welded it on site and sprayed black paint, cost 6000 yuan, about 35 sq m.
Here comes the ultimate comparison
Final bonus,
Photos of beautiful succulents in their prime,
May everyone walk further and further happily on the no-return road of growing succulents!
