Three keys to growing succulents:

Light, watering, ventilation.

Every time these three points come up,

everyone says,

I know, I know,

talk about something else!

But the seemingly simpler the problem,

the harder it may not be to actually do~

There are still many succulent growers who don't even know what water control is.

Watering is a branch of knowledge,

water it well,

and the succulents will get better and better.

Too much water rots the roots; too little water keeps them alive but the appearance is poor.

So, water control is the key.

Succulents themselves are drought-tolerant,

but that does not mean they like drought.

In fact, they themselves like water,

but they must not overindulge.

So,

that is why I keep emphasizing water control.

How to control water?

1. Control water for succulents with no health problems;

A succulent with no health problems must have a healthy root system.

We can judge by the leaves after watering.

If the leaves become firm the day after watering,

then the succulent's roots must be fairly good.

Because it can absorb water quickly!

Succulents with no problems must be strictly water-controlled,

do not give water if the leaves are not soft.

Water control + temperature difference = super beautiful succulents.

Note:

Water control will slow down succulent growth,

but it will make them beautiful,

because beauty needs a slow process,

I hope everyone waits patiently,

and absolutely must not rush for quick results.

2. Water control method for succulents in the root-establishing period;

That is, succulents just planted,

their root-establishing period length mainly depends on their own root system and the external ventilation and temperature.

Of course water must be controlled, and this degree must be grasped well,

it all depends on your own observation.

For succulents just potted, you absolutely must not water thoroughly,

because if the roots are not good they can easily die,

they cannot absorb water better,

so water a little less along the edge of the pot,

after about three days, see whether the roots have gripped the soil or the leaves have become firm,

then you can water the soil thoroughly.

3. Water control method for small seedling succulents.

Small seedling succulents like water,

but they must be kept in a place with scattered light and ventilation.

They absolutely must not be exposed to direct sun.

If the external environment is humid, water less;

if the external environment is dry, water more.

The degree must be grasped by yourself according to the environment.

Water control ≠ not watering for a long time.

Lack of water easily causes sunburn and dry, withered roots.
