1. Standing Wide-Legged Forward Bend. Stand with your feet placed wide apart, hands on your hips. Inhale and open your chest; exhale and bend your upper body forward. First place your palms on the floor, then bend your elbows to the floor, and finally you may rest your head on the floor, keeping both knees straight. Hold for three to five breaths, then inhale and come back up. The wide-legged forward bend can improve the digestive system and increase blood supply to the upper body and head.

2. Camel Pose. When practicing Camel Pose, we bend the knees so the shins rest on the floor, with the knees opened to hip width and the soles of the feet facing up. The thighs and torso form a straight line at ninety degrees to the floor. The elbows are bent and placed above the pelvis, the back is kept straight, and the shoulders and elbows point backward. Camel Pose can effectively stretch the spine and promote blood circulation.

3. Seated Spinal Twist. Extend both legs straight in front of you, bend your right knee, and place your right foot flat on the floor outside your left thigh; twist your body to the right and place your right hand on the floor behind your sacrum; wrap your left arm lightly around your right leg to assist the twist, lengthening your spine with each exhale and pressing into the floor to deepen the twist with each inhale; hold for five to ten breaths, then switch sides. This pose can nourish the nerves of the back, massage the abdominal organs, stimulate gastrointestinal movement, and relieve constipation.

4. Extended Triangle Pose. Stand as in Triangle Pose, turn your right foot out and your left foot in, bend your right knee, extend your upper body to the right, rest your right elbow on your right knee, stretch your left arm overhead, turn your head to look up, and hold the pose for three to five breaths. Repeat on the other side. Extended Triangle Pose can stimulate the lymphatic system along the sides of the body and boost immunity.

5. Plow Pose. Lie flat on your back and reach your legs toward the ceiling. Throughout this process, it is important to support the weight of your body with your shoulders, not the back of your neck. Support your lower back with your hands, keep your legs straight and slowly move them toward your head to form a folded position. Once your toes touch the floor behind your head, straighten your torso until your hips are above your shoulders. This pose can stimulate the lymphatic system along the sides of the body and boost immunity.

6. Shoulder Stand. Lie flat on a yoga mat with your back down, slowly lift your legs, and as you lift them consciously shift your center of gravity to your shoulders, neck, and head; hold the pose for a while, then slowly lower your legs and return to lying flat. This pose can effectively eliminate toxins and restore a healthy complexion.

7. Headstand. To begin, kneel and sit on a yoga mat, interlace your fingers, and place both elbows on the floor. The elbows should be shoulder-width apart. Then place the top of your head on the floor between your hands; slowly lift both knees off the floor, carefully move your legs toward your elbows, and once your body is balanced, slowly straighten both legs upward.
