Euphorbia 'Firecracker' belongs to the genus Euphorbia in the family Euphorbiaceae, and grows best in a warm, well-ventilated environment.

Also known as Firecracker Euphorbia. Native to South Africa, it is a shrub-like succulent plant. The plant reaches 1 m in height with a spread of 30 to 40 cm. It has no leaves, and its stems are cylindrical, with fleshy branches at the base, grayish-green, with 6 ribs; along the rib tubercles grow rows of conical red spines, 2 to 3 cm long. It bears cup-shaped cyathia, with small yellow flowers and dark red bracts. The flowering period is autumn and winter.

Temperature: In winter, room temperature must not fall below 5°C; the optimal growing temperature is 25°C to 28°C, with 18-30°C being suitable.

Succulent plants are very sensitive to water; uneven or excessive watering can cause rot. Each time you water, water thoroughly, and wait until the potting soil has dried out completely before watering a second time. If the potting soil does not take water well, you can use the soaking method: place the entire pot in water with the water level not exceeding the rim of the pot, and wait until the potting soil is completely saturated.

In the early growth stage, apply 5-10 granules of fertilizer per pot, once every 7-10 days, and carry out normal care.
