How to grow peppertree? Detailed growing methods and precautions
1. Watering
For it, watering cannot be too much. About once every three to five days is just fine, and each time it needs to be watered thoroughly, which also means wetting the bottom. If you water too much, it may very likely cause the roots to rot, so never water too much at one time.
2. Light
It relatively likes sunlight, so it is best to let it get some sun every day, but the time in the sun should not be too long, and direct strong light should also be avoided. Usually, just place it in a bright spot. Not giving it sun for a few days will not have a particularly big effect, but it cannot be left to grow under lightless conditions for a long time.
3. Temperature
It relatively likes a warm environment, so in winter it needs to be placed indoors and the temperature adjusted to above 10°C, otherwise it will stop growing. In addition, pay attention to frosty weather; on such days it will be very fragile. Also, in summer, if the temperature is higher than 35°C, certain measures also need to be taken to cool it down, otherwise its growth will also be affected.
4. Precautions
Do not let it be blown directly by strong wind, as this makes the leaves fall off very easily. Also, if it is a relatively weak plant, it cannot be placed next to a computer; radiation and heat are not good for it. Newly purchased plants may show leaf drop at first. Do not worry, this is normal.
