A real-life example of keeping a wild-dug stump alive by hand, teaching you bonsai care techniques

Finding a good batch of firethorn, I felt a surge of joy in my heart. There are plenty of firethorn on New Year's Eve, but it is not so easy to come by; sometimes it often takes a whole day, one mountain after another, and it can be described as a thousand hardships, and you still cannot catch up with your favorite stump. Digging partners should have a deep feeling about this, and here's a New Year's salute.
Above, the firethorn stands on the main trunk, with the branches in place. I personally think this is a good stump for forming a tree on New Year's Eve, and decided to take it down. This stump was in flatland forest, relatively easy to dig, and it was out in less than an hour. In the development plan after root cutting, there were forty or fifty jin without soil. Luckily, it was not far from the highway. Otherwise, even digging and hauling it to the car would turn into a dog. After getting home, rinse it with clean water for two hours. The soil is vegetable garden soil, add 1/3 rotted soil from the mountain, mix the soil in a basket, use tap water directly, use a stick to work the water and mud into the mud, then put the stump into the mud and press down hard. Then fix the shape for New Year's Eve, cover the outside with dry soil, and that counts as the initial planting.
On the branches, first apply erythromycin, then wrap the cross-sections well with the plastic film commonly used in agriculture. These two are very important: erythromycin can sterilize and disinfect, and the film seal can prevent the stump's sap from flowing.
On the balcony, in sunny weather, the sun and the big tree's eve were sprayed with a round of water, and watering ended after two weeks, because it is on the balcony, the sunlight is not long, so that's how it is. If it is placed on the ground or on a balcony, shading is also recommended. Firethorn fears waterlogging, so it is best to let it dry thoroughly and then water; a bit of dryness can promote root growth, while roots that are too long and too wet will then rot. In fact, the processing of firethorn is very intensive, but in fact there is life in it. Do these early tasks, then put it to work; this stump was dug out in January, which in our place is just winter, and after spring I moved it onto the dam, where it is wind and sun.
After that, let it develop according to the pictures below, and valuable suggestions for New Year's Eve are welcome.
