Clivia is an indoor potted plant with very high ornamental value, but growing it well is no simple matter. Never mind anything else, watering alone is a hurdle many friends just cannot get past. Below I will introduce a few kinds of water that are very suitable for Clivia, some of which are so nutrient-rich that you do not even need to fertilize.

1. Rainwater

There is plenty of rain in summer. Natural rainwater has a relatively high oxygen content and is excellent water for watering flowers. Rainwater can combine with the soil in the pot and can effectively prevent the soil from becoming compacted. When it rains, collect the rainwater in a bucket and store it for later use.

2. Rice water

Rice water has many uses, and one of them is as excellent water for growing flowers. It contains relatively many nutrients, which are beneficial to the growth and development of the plant. When using it, it needs to be fermented, then diluted with water before use. Do not use it too frequently either; once or twice a month is enough.

3. Magnetized water

Magnetized water can make the plant's leaves dark green, the stems thick and strong, and the root system well developed. The plant grows robustly, and its ability to resist pests and diseases is also enhanced accordingly. Making magnetized water at home is also fairly simple: find a magnet and put it in water for one or two days, and it is ready.

If you use tap water at home to water your Clivia, you need to put it in the sun to stand for one or two days. This allows the chlorine and bleaching powder in the tap water to evaporate and settle out, and after that you can use it to water the flowers. In fact, the most useful of them all is magnetized water; it is extremely suitable for Clivia.
