Pork bones are all too familiar, and we usually just throw them away after gnawing on them. By chance, I learned that pork bones can actually be made into flower fertilizer for growing flowers, and the results are truly better than you could imagine. So I tried it myself, and the results were really great. So how exactly do pork bones grow flowers? Here is a share for everyone, hoping it can help.

Making flower fertilizer by burning pork bones

When using pork bones to make flower fertilizer, you can use burning to dry out the marrow of the leftover pork bones, then keep burning until the pork bones are charred black and can be broken with a light tap. After breaking them up, they can be used as flower fertilizer in flower pots to grow flowers.

Making flower fertilizer for flowers by burying pork bones

Another way to make flower fertilizer with pork bones is to bury the leftover pork bones in the soil of a flower pot. But when using this method in a pot, it may take a relatively long time, about one to two years, waiting for the bones to weather in the soil and become very light. By then, once they have water-absorbing properties, they are very beneficial to flower growth. At this point, as flower fertilizer, they can be placed at the bottom of the pot or along the sides of the pot. Either way, they can become nutrients needed for the growth of flowers and plants, allowing the plant roots to absorb them and helping the flowers grow better.

Making flower fertilizer by soaking the bones in water

The method of soaking bones in water is to find a sealed jar, put the leftover pork bones in water, and let the pork bones ferment in the water. During fermentation, it will also take about one to two years. When the pork bones become rotten, it proves that fermentation is complete, and then the water used to soak the pork bones can be used to water flowers.
