How Can Succulent Beginners Grow Beautiful Succulents? The Environment Is Key

In fact, succulents are very capable of adapting to harsh environments. If we only give them a comfortable, easy environment during cultivation, that can actually be fatal for succulents. After all, the more a plant lives in a comfortable environment, the more easily it loses its ability to resist harsh conditions.
Of course, if you want to artificially create an original ecological environment for succulents, that is also possible. Here are two examples. One is to keep succulents in a state of thirst for a long time through water control. The other is to increase light, which has the effect of letting succulents adapt to light and appropriately strengthening their ability to withstand strong light.
Especially in northern regions, in winter there is no choice but to move succulents back indoors. After all, even we ourselves cannot withstand temperatures of minus several tens of degrees outside, let alone delicate little plants. Of course, for southern regions, if the indoor temperature stays between 12-28 degrees, then outdoor cultivation is completely stress-free (even if they get slightly sunburned, it does not matter, since that is also a trace of their growth).
Especially for succulents that have long grown in a greenhouse, if they have wound infections during growth, they are very prone to black rot. In particular, those whose roots already had wounds before potting must be placed in a ventilated, shady spot to dry for three or four days before being potted and cultivated.
I believe every succulent enthusiast hopes that the succulents at home can bloom with their own brilliant colors, so as "parents" we must also always pay attention to the condition of our succulent "sons."
