What are the spring care methods for a potted Radermachera sinica?

Radermachera sinica, also known as the China doll tree, has an elegant and beautiful tree shape and is a common large foliage houseplant. Today we will mainly discuss some precautions for its spring care.
Radermachera sinica grows best in a warm, humid environment with plenty of light, and can be watered once every 2~3 days. Of course, spring is the growing season for tender buds and new shoots, so to avoid leggy branches, watering should be controlled appropriately to benefit the plant's growth. When grown indoors, the leaves can be misted regularly to increase air humidity.
Radermachera sinica grows best in loose, fertile, slightly acidic soil that drains well, has good aeration and is rich in humus. For the potting soil, garden soil, leaf mold, decomposed organic fertilizer and river sand can be mixed in a 5:3:1:1 ratio.
In the north, where water and soil tend to be alkaline, ferrous sulfate can be applied regularly to improve the symptoms, otherwise the plant is prone to yellow leaves. As a foliage plant, Radermachera sinica can be given more nitrogen fertilizer during fertilization, and in the peak growing season a decomposed liquid fertilizer can be applied once a month.
