[2018 Anti-Monsanto Series] Toward a GMO-Free Green Table
Therefore, this year's event will include a guided reading of the "Genetically Modified Food" handbook, using simple illustrations to introduce the food safety and ecological problems that gene-editing technology may bring. Together with the Water Garden Organic Farmers' Market, we will use Taiwan's local friendly-grown ingredients to present a safe, abundant, and delicious GMO-free green table. On 5/19, we invite you to bring your family and join us to browse the market, listen to talks, read the handbook, and enjoy good food.
