For hydrangeas, looks are justice - they are beautiful no matter what

In the quietly arriving summer, a round, plump flower is in full bloom. On an early morning when you go out to take out the trash, you might just run into it in your neighborhood.
It gives off a dreamy, sexy aura all over, making you shudder and immediately stop the flip-flops you were tapping along in.
- Hydrangea, a beauty in clusters -
Hydrangea, in the flower world where "looks are justice," is a flower worthy of extensive praise second only to roses.
Not only does it come in changeable colors - gentle pink and blue, fresh and natural green and white, psychedelic retro tones, and bicolor varieties with white edges;
It can be fresh and lovely
It can also be very magical
And its forms vary greatly; the difference between single and double petals creates an extremely rich sense of visual layering.
Whether you have a girly heart or an artistic style, are intellectual and cool or dark and punk, you can always find the bunch of hydrangeas that suits you.

The flower shapes are not all the same either; they are specifically divided into two types: lacecap and mophead.
Left: lacecap
The outer ring consists of large sterile flowers, while the center has fertile flowers,
The delicate sepals, like fluttering butterflies surrounding the tiny florets, give a feeling of elegant refinement;
Right: mophead
All are spherical clusters of sterile flowers,
The perfectly round flower balls and stunning visual effect make it easy to arrange a beautiful bouquet.
There is no girl who does not like hydrangeas. Even the goddess Gao Yuanyuan once publicly expressed her appreciation for their low-key yet noble character.
A flower that girls love naturally also has girlish qualities.
Hydrangeas are naturally fond of water; even the Latin name Hydrangea means water vessel. When it lacks water, it easily wilts. When the weather is hotter, you will probably need to water it every day!
- A Midsummer Night's Dream -
Hydrangeas have the most imposing presence when they bloom in vast stretches.
Many ancient temples in Japan have lots of hydrangeas, with those in Kamakura being especially famous. Every rainy season, blooming hydrangeas can be seen everywhere along the streets, in temples, and around houses, so beautiful they defy description.

Japan is very fond of hydrangeas, generally calling them "ajisai." This name was actually given by the famous Tang Dynasty poet Bai Juyi: "Though among the world people do not know it, I name it for you ajisai." Old Bai was extremely fond of it and regarded flower viewing as one of life's great pleasures.
Besides complementing ancient, quiet temples, hydrangeas - with their brilliant colors and large flower heads - are also very suitable for lively pastoral-style small courtyards, creating a lush and magnificent sea-of-flowers effect.
Of course, the beautiful hydrangea is also a darling of florists, often appearing in cut-flower arrangements in the form of lavish clusters or charming small scenes.
A single bloom can become an exquisite handheld bouquet; its fresh color is very suitable for a bride marrying in summer.
- How do you grow a perfect dried hydrangea? -
Those who love hydrangeas all know: because of its large flowers and coarse, fibrous texture, it is often one of the most suitable flowers for making dried flowers!
Compared with its tender, juicy "fresh young thing" stage, hydrangea after air-drying has an extra retro beauty settled in by time.
It can become the best decoration at home, or a big, fluffy, thoughtful gift.
And making dried hydrangeas is very simple; time is the only magician in this transformation.
But to succeed, there are also some key points:
1. The best time to make them is in autumn, when the petals begin to fade and become slightly dry; at this time the water content in the hydrangea petals has decreased. Hydrangeas that are too fresh easily rot directly during dehydration;
2. After cutting off the flower heads, remove all the leaves, then place them in a vase with a little water, put them in a cool place, and avoid direct sunlight or bright light;
3. After about one or two weeks, the water will evaporate and the flowers will gradually dry.
Ta-da! The dried hydrangeas are finished!
Just after the beginning of summer, when roses are blooming spectacularly and taking a short intermission, it is hydrangea's turn to take the stage!
As a flower that is beautiful no matter what, let me end by tempting everyone a bit more (please call me Lei Feng, no need to thank me!)

This potted plant is super cute, understated and luxurious when planted in the garden, fresh and romantic in bouquets, and still stunningly beautiful when made into dried flowers,
What reason do you still have not to hurry up and take one home?
