Soil: The peace lily grows best in soil rich in humus, with strong drainage capacity and high permeability. Light: It does not need much light; scattered light is sufficient. Water: Keep the potting soil moist at ordinary times, and keep it slightly moist in winter. Temperature: It is best kept within 20-21°C; it should not exceed 24°C, nor fall below 14°C.

1. Soil

The peace lily grows best in soil rich in humus, with strong drainage capacity and high permeability. Specifically, garden soil, leaf mold and fine sand can be evenly mixed in a 4:4:2 ratio for growing the peace lily.

2. Light

The peace lily has relatively low light requirements and does not need much light to meet its needs. Just place it in a spot with scattered light for daily care.

3. Watering

During the growing season of the peace lily, keep the soil moist and the potting soil moist for a long time, but avoid watering too much, otherwise it is prone to root rot. In summer, spray some water around it to keep the air humid. In winter, reduce watering and just keep the soil slightly moist.

4. Temperature

The peace lily likes high temperatures, and the most suitable temperature is 20-21°C, with a maximum of no more than 24°C. If the daytime temperature is relatively high, the nighttime temperature can be lowered appropriately. When the weather is very cold in winter, certain heat-preservation measures should be taken, adjusting the temperature to above 14°C to prevent it from being damaged by frost.

5. Precautions

1. Apply fertilizer in time. The peace lily has relatively high fertilizer requirements, so slightly more fertilizer can be applied when fertilizing. In addition, before flowering, appropriately increase the application amount of potassium to promote flowering.

2. Prevent pests and diseases. During the period of high disease incidence, we need to spray it with some diluted agents to prevent it from getting sick.
