What should you pay attention to in the growing medium for bonsai cultivation? Make your bonsai grow vigorously

Growing a good bonsai depends on many factors, and soil is the most ordinary thing of all. But if you want the bonsai tree stump to grow well, nutrient soil is essential. It must not only retain water and drain well, but also maintain enough nutrients for the bonsai potted tree stump.
When growing bonsai and potted plants at home yourself, the nutrient soil is mostly prepared by mixing sandy loam soil and decomposed cake fertilizer in a ratio of 7 parts soil to 3 parts fertilizer; or it is prepared with farmyard manure, soil and sand. In fact, there are many ways to prepare nutrient soil, and another fairly common one is to prepare it with sawdust.
1. The prepared growing medium must be uniform, with little change in volume, and must not be too loose or too compacted.
2. It must have good water and fertilizer retention, and good permeability.
First of all, everyone should understand the characteristics of the various materials that can be used to prepare growing medium as well as the preparation methods; you can check my previous articles for this. However, when using the prepared growing medium, everyone must disinfect it first, otherwise, when the temperature rises later on, fungi in the soil can easily affect the healthy growth of the plants.
