Care tips for Silver Arrow

Repot every year in early spring. When the plant grows too tall, prune or pinch off the growing tips to lower the plant's shape; the cut top stems can be used for cuttings. In spring and autumn, with sufficient light and a large temperature difference, the leaf color turns red. It can be grown hydroponically; in spring, cut 10-15 cm stems, insert them in water or sand, and after rooting in 2-3 weeks, transfer them to a glass bottle for cultivation.

Watering: water once a week during the growing season, and once every 2-3 weeks at other times.

Potting soil: during the high-temperature summer dormancy and the semi-dormant state in winter, keep the potting soil dry.

Fertilizing: fertilize once a month with diluted cake fertilizer water or "Huiyou" 15-15-30 special fertilizer for potted flowers; do not fertilize in winter.

Propagation methods for Silver Arrow

Cuttings: cut plump top stems and leaves, 3-4 cm long, insert them into a sand bed, keep the room temperature at 18-20°C, and after 2 weeks they will root and can be potted up.
