Toilet water is probably a mosquito-repelling product we always keep on hand in summer. Not only is it a big help to us, but it's also a real treasure for plants. Today, Huahua will tell you how to use our everyday mosquito-repelling product to grow flowers!

The weather is getting hotter and hotter now, and there are more and more mosquitoes and bugs, especially for someone like Huahua who has a body type that easily attracts bugs - every summer I don't know how many bottles of toilet water I have to stock up on. But sometimes I can't use them all up, and I believe everyone has had this experience too. Actually, it's not just us - the plants at home are also very afraid of bug attacks, and what's more, toilet water can also play a certain role in repelling mosquitoes and bugs for plants!

Toilet water actually smells quite nice, so using it on your plants at home won't give off any unpleasant odor.

First, we need to prepare a container filled with water, then drip in a few drops of toilet water, and stir well. Remember not to pour in too much, otherwise it will burn the plant leaves. Next, we can pour the mixed toilet water solution into a spray bottle, and spray the plant leaves once a week. This can very effectively prevent bug attacks. With less bug harassment, the plants will naturally grow better and better!

Not just toilet water - many, many things can be used to repel bugs for plants, such as orange peel!

Right now Huahua's favorite fruit to eat is the Ugly Mandarin (Chouju mandarin). Because it's what's sold the most in fruit shops now. Don't judge it by its not-so-good-looking appearance - it's really sweet~ The main thing is that the orange peel after eating can also be used to grow flowers, so it's really not wasted at all.

Because a certain substance contained in orange peel happens to be a natural enemy of bugs, we should wash the orange peel clean, cut it into small pieces with a small knife, put it in a plastic bottle and add an appropriate amount of water, then cover it with the lid (don't twist it too tight, leave a little gap so the gas inside can be released smoothly during fermentation). Then this orange peel solution can be used to spray flowers.

You can also bury the dried orange peel in the flower pot (remember to keep it away from the plant roots), which can also have a fertilizing effect.
