The succulent garden may not be the most stunningly beautiful, but it is exactly what I dreamed of.

Now let's begin the main text:

In May 2015, I started growing my first pot of succulents, a beheaded succulent seedling less than 3cm tall that had grown leggy. For the first few days it refused to establish roots, and it was also entering the summer dormancy period, so it never showed any color. I was ready to give up and only looked at it once in a while, about once a month. But by late September, it had an incredibly cool transformation. The original 5cm black square pot could no longer hold it, and the color had changed too. From then on, there was no stopping me, and I fell deep into the succulent rabbit hole. It is not easy to get succulents to show their colors in the Northeast, but I will share them with everyone anyway!

This is my first pot of succulents. It rotted once in the middle, I removed half of its leaves, and later it came back beautiful! What it is, I still have not quite figured out. It should be some kind of "constellation" variety, but I have not worked it out yet. Village Chief, please help me take a look! (PS: Tianjian Zuo, one of the constellation-series succulents!)

Also, there is the Hongzhiyu (Sedum rubrotinctum). Lately it has a perfect liver color, but the leaves have almost been controlled away!

Below is the succulent that has been with me for almost two years, Shuangzhichao (Pachyveria 'Clavifolia'), and it already has pink pups.

Jilongyue (Graptopetalum paraguayense), stretching out a long neck, no idea what it is up to.

Huayueye (Echeveria pulidonis), two versions, no idea which one it is, I am hopelessly confused.

Yinhuangxing (Echeveria 'Silver Star'), has bloomed three times, I think it would look even prettier in a different pot.

Baimeiren (Pachyphytum oviferum), has been controlled to a slightly pink color. Recently repotted into a large colorful square pot. With a suitable pot, I will repot again in autumn, perfect.

Xiongtongzi (Cotyledon tomentosa), when I bought it, two of its four leaves fell off, leaving only two lonely old leaves. Now it has made a comeback, and after water control the claws have become very plump. Because I am a windowsill grower and the sunlight is not strong enough, it has not developed claws, but I am confident they will appear soon.

Aoliviya (Echeveria 'Olivia'), simply the easiest succulent to grow and the easiest to fill a pot!

Shasha Nüwang (Echeveria 'Sasa'), already has a princess air about it, looking forward to the queen air!

Ailun (Echeveria 'Allen'), grown from my own leaf propagation. Lately I want to give it some styling, if anyone has ideas please give me some tips!

Zizhenzhu (Echeveria 'Perle von Nurnberg'), last winter it got mealybugs. There was no medicine at home, so I brushed its roots, and it nearly died. Fortunately it recovered, but the originally full pot was gone, so heartbreaking!

Lanxinlian (Echeveria 'Blue Heart'), the more I grow it the smaller it gets, but it has developed a stem!

Hongbaoshi (Echeveria 'Ruby'), grown from a tiny booger-sized seedling!

Hongzhilian (Echeveria 'Hongzhilian'), especially beautiful in early spring, but has lost some color in the last few days. Growing succulents really is like this: one year growing, one year controlling, one year styling. I hope it will be even prettier next year.

Ruogeshi (Graptosedum 'Bronze'), has developed little red tips.

Huangli (Sedum adolphi), surprisingly developed blood spots these past two days.

Hongfen Jiaren (Echeveria 'Pretty in Pink'), once became my profile picture, very beautiful, my favorite.

Baimudan (Graptoveria 'Titubans')

I cannot remember this one clearly, maybe I will remember tomorrow. I just cut off two flower stalks and they grew back again, so I have decided to let it be.

Lately I am very obsessed with the Village Chief's succulents. Here are the photos, Xuezhao (Echeveria 'Snow Claw').

Houye Yueying (Echeveria elegans 'Houghe'?) clustering, not so tightly wrapped anymore, how to fix it!

Xuetu (Echeveria 'Snow Bunny') clustering, a super large cluster, establishes roots especially fast.

Xiuyan (Echeveria 'Shinogi'?), the center is a bit green, I will put it outside in a few days!

Lansirong (Echeveria 'Blue Velvet')

Languang (Echeveria 'Blue Light'), quite ethereal!

Haitun (Senecio 'Dolphin'), why are you crooked, why!

Nümeiyue (Echeveria 'Numeiyue'), I think after it establishes roots, it will be very beautiful grown outdoors.

Lulianna (Echeveria 'Luliana'), today I found one head had black rot, I rescued it in time and repotted it. If a succulent suddenly shows obvious jelly color and keeps getting prettier, while admiring it, be sure to check carefully and prevent problems before they happen!

Wumu (Echeveria 'Ebony'), a flash sale, awesome, the color is truly awesome.

Laoer (Sedum 'Laoer'), clustering, it really has a fragrance, and Landou does too, with a kind of sweet fruity scent, but it establishes roots a bit slowly, so I did not take a photo.

Ying'er Shouzhi (Cotyledon 'Baby Fingers'), a large cluster, currently recovering in its pot.

That is all for today's sharing. After seeing so many succulents from the cheat-mode regions, everyone can take a look at my Northeast ones for a change of taste. If you like them, give me a like! Although I am not much of a writer, I do have a heart that loves succulents!
