The pot must be suitable

Roses sold on the market generally come in disposable pots, or relatively small pots
Roses need quite a lot of nutrients to grow and also grow relatively fast, so small pots are not good for rose growth

a. Okara fertilizer
1. Keep the okara left over from making soy milk
2. Mix it into the flower soil and let it decompose (if you dislike the smell, you can add EM bacteria liquid to speed up composting)
3. Bury the decomposed okara fertilizer into the flower pot, adding a fist-sized amount at a time
b. Chicken manure fertilizer, sheep manure fertilizer
1. Although these two fertilizers stink, they are a great favorite of roses! You can find them near livestock farms in the suburbs. Flower friends who find it inconvenient can also buy them directly online
2. Every two weeks, scatter the manure soil on the surface of the pot, about 3-5 cm thick is fine

Flower branches must be pruned

Regular pruning of flower branches can make roses bloom more and more luxuriantly. Don't be reluctant, pick up the scissors!
Besides yellow leaves and dead leaves, which should be removed promptly
In addition, thin branches and excess branches and leaves can all be cut off. After pruning, there will be more side branches, and the flowers will also become more and bigger

When you see the soil surface turning white and dry, you can water. Each time, just water an amount equal to one bottle of mineral water. Note that during the flowering period, roses will dry out relatively quickly~

Prevent and treat pests

Beautiful roses just love attracting small insects. Aphids, red spider mites, and hoverfly larvae are all common
When you find insects, kill them manually in time. You can also cut off the branches and leaves with insects. This is a clumsy method~
Scientifically speaking, when the pest problem is severe, you need to prepare specific insecticides, and use them according to the instructions and mixing ratio~
