People who love growing plants all like to keep some lucky bamboo at home, not only because of its good symbolism, but more importantly because hydroponic lucky bamboo does not need watering and is very convenient. But then what? The lucky bamboo at home still has yellow leaves, and no matter what, it just will not grow well. Later, I went and asked the owner of the flower shop and found out that lucky bamboo actually needs a little of this added at home; only then will it grow sturdy with glossy leaves. Now let us take a look together!

Lucky bamboo grows vigorously, has tenacious vitality, and has strong reproductive capacity, and it does not need much management. So based on these characteristics, we can use mass propagation of new bamboo, cutting out many stems of different lengths from it to form a pagoda, but we must pay attention that at this time the stems must have shoots, and the buds must be retained so that the top of each layer of the pagoda can sprout and grow branches and leaves, so as to form a new pagoda.

If lucky bamboo is grown hydroponically, it mainly relies on the nutrients provided by the water source, so poor water quality will cause the roots of the lucky bamboo to rot and deteriorate, thereby affecting the absorption of nutrients, which will cause the leaves of the lucky bamboo to turn yellow. In this case, you can put half an aspirin tablet or one VC tablet in the vase, which can keep the leaves of the pothos green.

If hydroponic lucky bamboo is slow to root, you can add a little B12 to the water, so the roots will quickly emerge. After rooting, there is no need to change the water frequently; you only need to add a little water when the water level drops. Any yellow leaves must be cut off in time. If there are rotten roots, you must first cut off the rotten roots, then soak them in potassium permanganate solution before growing them hydroponically.

As for lucky bamboo, it really likes fertilizer, so it should be fertilized during its growing period. If you pay attention to all these things, your lucky bamboo will surely grow very sturdy with glossy leaves.
