1. Watering

One of the causes is overwatering. Normally, we should still improve the water quality. It is best to use rainwater for it. If there is none, pond water or river water is also fine. If tap water must be used, let it sit for a few days. As for timing, water about once every seven to ten days.

2. Fertilizer

If it is because the fertilizer is too concentrated, we should use a large amount of water to flush the fertilizer away. After that, still place it in a relatively ventilated place, and do not let it come into direct contact with sunlight. In addition, when we normally apply fertilizer, we can avoid chemical fertilizers and just use some animal manure plus water with vinegar.

3. Changing the Soil

If the roots are rotting very severely, we need to take it out of the soil, then cut off those rotten roots, and afterward repot it into a new pot. It is best to water with some settling water, and then place it in a relatively shady place, not in direct sunlight.

4. Root Rot

This disease is caused by fungi and generally occurs at the root and stem area, because this area is usually very wet and also gets little sunlight. If this disease occurs, we must promptly dispose of the dead plants, and the soil must also be disposed of, because this thing has a very strong infective ability and spreads easily in places that are alkaline, wet, and high in temperature. Nearby plants can be washed with potassium permanganate, then rinsed with clean water, and then potted. The potting soil can also be watered or sprayed with Topsin at a fixed concentration, which helps to eradicate it.
