Enjoy bonsai friends' new works, and reflect on the philosophy of bonsai life

[Bonsai enthusiast reflections]

Text | Xiamen, Fujian @Zhou Yingzhi

There are no negative employees, only bosses who don't know how to guide them; the knife is not wrong, it depends on how you use it. Use it well and it makes life convenient; use it poorly and it hurts yourself. There is nothing wrong with an employee's energy, it depends on how the boss guides it. Guide it well and their fighting power is boundless; guide it poorly and their destructive power is boundless. It is not that the employee is "negative", but that you have not yet found the method to make them "positive". Some methods, if you don't learn them, you may never grasp in your lifetime; some bottlenecks, if you don't learn, you may never break through in your lifetime!
