We all know that orchids are elegant indoor potted plants, elegant and tasteful when placed indoors, so how should we usually grow orchids well?

1. It is said that orchids are afraid of sun, but in fact, during the growing period of orchids, they need to be given sufficient sunlight. Apart from shading in summer, sufficient light can be given in other seasons, but do not expose them to scorching sun

2. Orchids like a humid environment. Their original environment is deep mountains and beside small streams where air humidity is relatively high, so when we usually grow orchids, we should often spray water around the orchids to increase air humidity

3. The potting soil for orchids must be loose and breathable soil, with mostly granular soil, because its root system is the relatively thick water root type, very afraid of waterlogging, the root system is prone to rot, and it is also afraid of the potting soil not being breathable, so it cannot absorb water, and the root system is prone to drying up and necrosis

4. During the growing period of orchids, sufficient fertilizer supply should be given, fertilizing once or twice a month, applying multi-element organic fertilizer relatively complete in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium elements. The flowering period of orchids is generally from July to September. During the bud gestation period of orchids, apply phosphorus and potassium fertilizer once every half month, spraying two or three times is enough, which can make the flower stalks grow taller and produce more flowers

4. As long as you care for orchids according to their habits, do not let them lack water, keep air humidity high, provide sufficient sunlight, and fertilize regularly, orchids are actually not difficult to grow
