Potted dragon fruit for beauty and skin care, beauty-loving women should not miss it

Dragon fruit is sweet and neutral in nature, rich in nutrients, with sweet and juicy flesh, and it also comes with beauty and weight-loss benefits, making it a rare delicacy among fruits!
So is there any way to grow dragon fruit at home?
My sister really loves eating dragon fruit, so she specially found a friend who knows about this and got the method for growing dragon fruit at home.
The method is very simple. As long as you use dragon fruit seeds, you can also grow a pot of dragon fruit seedling as a potted plant. It is both simple and economical, and in the future you can also eat dragon fruit at home in summer. ↓↓↓↓↓Scroll down!↓↓↓↓↓
Step one, getting the seeds: first buy dragon fruit from the market, cut out half, use a spoon to scrape the flesh into a bowl, start soaking it in water, soak until the flesh is soft, then pinch it with your hands to separate the flesh from the seeds, then wrap it in gauze and filter it out, then dry the seeds in the sun.
Step two, cultivating: prepare the dried dragon fruit seeds, choose a finer nutrient soil, put the nutrient soil into a flower pot, scatter the dragon fruit seeds on the surface of the soil in the pot. You can spread them a bit densely, otherwise if too sparse, it loses its beauty, then cover with a layer of fine soil and spray an appropriate amount of water.
Place it in a relatively warm indoor spot (the germination temperature for dragon fruit seeds is around 25 degrees), and wait for germination. Do not water directly; spray with a spray bottle, once every 3 days. Normally they will germinate in a week.
In about 5 to 7 months they will have grown up. Everyone should not underestimate this small seedling! It looks tiny now, but as long as another 2 years pass, it can bear more than twenty dragon fruits in one season! By then you can enjoy the joy of a bumper harvest! Caring for a plant that is sure to repay you, won't that make you feel relaxed and happy?
When you first start growing it, you can use it as a potted decoration on the side. As long as you persevere, one day it will bear delicious fruit to repay you!
It is worth mentioning that although eating dragon fruit has many benefits, it also has contraindications. Among them, people with a cold constitution should not eat much of it, and women should also not eat dragon fruit during menstruation.
The above is my sister's experience growing dragon fruit shared with everyone. If you have any thoughts, discuss them together in the comments section!
