If you love growing plants at home, you definitely need to grow trailing plants that cascade like a waterfall, adding a touch of green vitality to your home, so these plants are a must to grow!

1. Madagascar periwinkle

Also known as golden marigold, it likes high temperatures and high humidity and tolerates partial shade, but not severe cold. The most suitable temperature is 20°C-33°C. It likes sunlight, dislikes wet conditions and fears waterlogging. It can be grown in most soils, but not saline-alkaline soil; sandy soil or humus-rich soil that drains well and is airy is best. Its flowering and fruiting periods last almost all year.

2. Ivy

Ivy, also known as golden leopard, has leaves edged with irregular yellow-white markings. It likes a warm, humid environment and sufficient light, and is also fairly shade-tolerant. The optimum growing temperature is 15-25°C. Variegated vinca has elegant, delicate leaf colors, is relatively shade-tolerant, and is suitable for home display.

It is suitable for hanging cultivation and long-term display in bright, high places, letting the branches and vines trail down; it can be placed on a tall plant stand, or hung from the edge of a corridor, a wall corner, and so on. It can also be placed on a table or plant stand as a potted display.

3. String of Pearls

Also known as green necklace. It is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Asteraceae family, native to South Africa. The leaves are fleshy, round to spindle-shaped, with a transparent longitudinal stripe in the center of each leaf and a slightly pointed protrusion at the tip. The stems hang or creep along the soil surface, so it is often grown as a hanging basket plant.

4. Million Bells

Million Bells, also known as small-flowered petunia or dancing spring flower, is similar to petunia, with slightly smaller flowers, a flowering period lasting several months, and trumpet-shaped corollas.

5. Golden Pothos

Golden Pothos is a shade-loving plant that likes hot, humid environments, dislikes direct sunlight, and prefers shade. It likes humus-rich, loose, fertile, slightly acidic soil. Its overwintering temperature should not be lower than 15°C.

6. Spider Plant

Spider Plant likes warm, humid, semi-shaded environments. It is highly adaptable, relatively drought-tolerant, and not very cold-tolerant. It is not picky about soil and grows best in well-drained, loose, fertile sandy soil. It is not strict about light and generally grows well under medium light conditions, and also tolerates weak light.

7. Rosary Vine

Also called a succulent plant. Other names: heart vine, string of hearts, wax flower. Native to South Africa and Zimbabwe. As a potted plant, it can be placed next to a TV or computer, and can also be planted indoors to absorb formaldehyde and other substances and purify the air.
