Now the main text begins:

Fellow succulent lovers, hello everyone. Have you noticed that spring is actually a season for gaining weight, both in the pots and on our bodies. As a fat person over 100 jin, I wish I could give the flesh on my body to them, giving them special care every day, so much so that of all the succulents I raised over the years, only two Firesticks (Euphorbia tirucalli) were left.

Alright, enough nonsense, the secret is: you need to realize that succulents really are plants for lazy people!

Let's review the survival conditions for succulents: ventilation and sunlight.

This was given to me as a gift when I bought succulents a year ago. At first I was also wondering what it was, and it never settled into its pot, until later...

Seeing this, I finally understood why the seller gave it to me back then. Seeing how Echeveria runyonii 'Topsy Turvy' looks now, and that it survived, I feel gratified.

I didn't do much, just after repotting, I put it on the rooftop, let it get drenched in a heavy rain, and it completely adapted to this pot, and even produced pups.

You can try the soaking method, giving it a full drink of water at once, then place it in a ventilated spot, preferably in dry and windy weather. Don't water frequently, but when you do, water thoroughly. Soaking once a month is enough, and not too much. Rainwater is best.

My succulents are basically free-range on the rooftop now. Fertilizing and such doesn't exist, and I don't need to water them either, just let the rain do it, and then I just need to watch them become beautiful.

The Graptopetalum paraguayense my friend cut off for me. When I got it, all the leaves had fallen off, so I leaf-propagated them along the way

Water propagation, 100% sprouting and rooting

Something to look forward to!

They've all grown up!

In spring many succulents bloom. Succulents are like humans having babies, it's very draining. I cut off the flower stalks and let them grow independently...

Looks like it worked.

Basically: soil mix + settling into the pot in the early stage, then ventilation + sunlight, and succulents need hardly any care. You can casually pick off a leaf and it will grow.

Let's wrap up with the blooming Echeveria 'Tia' and my friend's Graptopetalum paraguayense. Spring really is a great season.
