Many flower lovers have grown pothos and clivia, but if you want them to fill their pots year after year and grow leaves that are big and plump, it takes some real effort. Huahua knows a Shandong auntie who is not only beautiful but also especially good at growing flowers. Huahua asked her for lots of great flower-growing tips, and now I'll share them with everyone right away!

Grow pothos this way, and its leaves will be so green they drip with oil

The pothos grown by the auntie is absolutely at master level. It always grows 3 times faster than other people's, its leaves stay green and glossy all the time, and yellow leaves are rarely seen. How does she grow it? It all comes down to rice water and beer!

1. Prepare the beer

Pour leftover beer into a cup and leave it in a cool place for 1 day to let the bubbles dissipate.

2. Mix beer into rice water

Pour the beer into a plastic bottle, then add rice water at a ratio of 1:1. Just fill it to 8 parts full, then screw the cap on tightly and leave it in the sun for 1 month.

3. Dilute with water and pour on the flowers

After 1 month, the beer rice water will be fully fermented. Pour out some of the rice water, add 20 times its amount of clean water, and pour it into the pothos pot, once a month. Beer rice water is rich in nutrients, and once the pothos drinks it, it grows rapidly, with glossy green, dense leaves!

4. You can also wipe the leaves

Add 10 times the amount of clean water to the beer rice water, dip a soft cloth in it, and wipe both sides of the pothos leaves. After wiping, the leaves instantly become glossy, and the nutrients in the beer rice water will also be absorbed through the leaves.

Grow clivia this way, and it will bloom 30 flowers year after year

The auntie's clivia blooms 30 flowers every year, and the flowers are truly beautiful. Some flower lovers grow ones that only produce leaves and never bloom. How does the auntie do it? Hurry up and learn!

1. Soak the soybeans

Grab 1 handful of soybeans and soak them in clean water for about 3-5 hours, until the skins wrinkle and crush easily between your fingers.

2. Cook the soybeans

Put the soybeans in a pot and cook them, usually for half an hour, then scoop them out and let them cool.

3. Bury the soybeans in the soil

Dig 5 small holes around the edge of the pot, put 4 soybeans in each hole, then cover them with soil. Generally, burying them once every 1-2 months is enough. The nitrogen and other nutrients in the soybeans will be released into the soil, and once the clivia absorbs them, it will grow fast and green, and send up flower buds like crazy!

Grow spider plants this way, and they will rapidly grow into a waterfall

The spider plants grown by the auntie are just like a waterfall, with stems drooping down and leaves thick, dense and glossy green. Someone offered 1000 yuan to buy one, but she couldn't bear to part with it. What tricks does she rely on to grow them so well?

1. Rinse the eggshells clean with water

When cooking normally, don't just toss eggshells into the trash. Rinse off the leftover egg liquid with clean water, and they work wonderfully for growing flowers.

2. Dry the eggshells in the sun

Put the eggshells rinsed clean with water in the sun to dry until they crumble at a pinch, then crush them into small pieces.

3. Bury the eggshells in the pot

Dig 5 small holes around the edge of the spider plant pot and bury the crushed eggshells inside. The nitrogen, calcium and other nutrients in the eggshells will be broken down into the soil, and once the spider plant absorbs them, it will grow like crazy and become a waterfall in 3 months!

After seeing the auntie's tricks,

hurry up and give them a try!
