  Kuang Libin was originally a university teacher of Chinese as a foreign language, and is now an agricultural e-commerce practitioner and the head of Gengshuling High Mountain Farm in Yanling County. With a dual employment background in agriculture and education and training, he thoroughly understands adult learning patterns and psychology. His students and colleagues affectionately call him "Teacher Kuang." His teaching methods are flexible and varied, witty and humorous, and he has a unique approach to regulating classroom atmosphere and controlling the flow of training sessions.

  Good things should be "shouted about." Agricultural development needs the boost of e-commerce, and also needs guidance from the frontiers of science and technology. Combining the current e-commerce development situation, Teacher Kuang has developed a series of courses to guide farmers in using e-commerce platforms to obtain more orders. At present, in terms of client training, Kuang Libin has worked with his team to independently develop more than 40 courseware programs, has nearly 200 sessions of actual teaching experience, and has recorded and produced more than 100 online training courses.

  Speaking of farmers' understanding of the internet, Teacher Kuang believes that more effort is still needed in guidance and training. Many farmers are not familiar with the internet and lack understanding of e-commerce platforms. They need help through appropriate methods and detailed operational skills guidance. "Guiding them in language farmers can understand is the most effective form of communication." The atmosphere at Teacher Kuang's training sessions is always very lively, with frequent interaction, and he answers all kinds of questions raised by farmers with great dedication.

  The development of agricultural e-commerce has elevated the sales of agricultural products to another level, and has also brought hope to farmers worried about selling their agricultural products. In 2008, Kuang Libin established Gengshuling High Mountain Farm in Yanling County, leading more than 30 farmers and registered poor households to grow high-mountain yellow peaches. Together with the local government and entrepreneurs, they sold yellow peaches through the internet to major cities across the country, and have now formed the nationally known brand "Yanling Yellow Peach." To date, this has helped nearly 500 farming households raise their per capita net income to more than 50,000 yuan through the project, lifting 120 poor households out of poverty and gradually setting them on the path to prosperity.

  His own typical case, combined with training and guidance, has led farmers to gradually understand and use e-commerce. "Agricultural product trading platforms can not only increase the sales of high-quality agricultural products, but also allow the general public to eat high-quality green food. This is a good thing that achieves multiple benefits at once."

  Crossing mountains and wading through waters without complaining of hardship, only so that farmers may have a way forward. To help farmers sell their agricultural products, Kuang Libin will continue to do a good job in agricultural service guidance and training, and develop more down-to-earth training courses. Although the task is arduous and the road is long, it is very fulfilling and very meaningful.
