1. Peafowl have omnivorous feeding habits, tolerate coarse feed, like eating green feed, and mainly eat corn, wheat, sorghum, soybeans, soybean cake and various green grasses.

2. Peafowl mainly feed on mushrooms, tender grass, leaves, termites and other insects. They usually walk around foraging, love wild fruits such as yellow raspberry and wild pear, and also eat grains and grass seeds.

3. Green peafowl have relatively fixed foraging times, mostly foraging at dawn and dusk, and rest in dense forest at noon. They are omnivorous, like eating fruits such as Pyrus pashia and yellow raspberry, and also eat grass seeds, tree seeds, rice grains and seedlings; animal foods include locusts, crickets, lepidopteran and coleopteran insects, as well as frogs, lizards and so on.‘
