Categories of animals:

1. Fish

Characteristics: aquatic animals (living in water). The skin is covered with scales, and they are poikilothermic (cold-blooded) animals. They have fins (allowing them to swim in water) and breathe with gills as poikilothermic animals. They reproduce by external fertilization, mainly being oviparous, with some being viviparous and ovoviviparous.

2. Reptiles

Characteristics: terrestrial animals, with skin covered in scales or scutes, generally having a waterproof outer skin and losing moisture. They are poikilothermic animals (relying on the external temperature or heat source to change their body temperature). They are mainly distributed in the warmer regions of the earth.

3. Birds

Characteristics: the whole body is covered with feathers, the body is streamlined, and there is a horny beak; the eyes are on both sides of the head, and the neck is long and flexible and can turn 270 degrees; the forelimbs are specialized into wings, and the hindlimbs have scaly outer skin with four toes; they are homoiothermic (warm-blooded) animals (able to generate heat through their own physiological processes, and even when the external temperature is very low, they can maintain a high and constant body temperature), with an average body temperature about 10 degrees higher than that of mammals (average 42 degrees).

4. Mammals

5. Arthropods

Arthropods are the largest phylum in the animal kingdom, and also the most diverse in species, accounting for about 85 percent of all animal species. They have particularly strong adaptability to the environment, and their living places include seawater, freshwater, high mountains, air, soil, and even inside and on the outside of animals and plants.

The above is some introduction to animal habits. I wonder if it has helped you.
