2. When harvesting honey, you can wear disposable plastic gloves and squeeze it by hand, or press it in a pot with a spatula. In winter, you need to light a small fire, otherwise the honey won't flow out. Don't make the fire too big.

3. Finally, it needs to be filtered through a filter mesh, which should be finer than a window screen; you can use a clean cloth.

You should choose a good bee species, preferably one adapted to your local environment. Only with good bee species can you raise strong colonies, and only strong colonies can produce high honey yields.

When keeping bees, always keep more bees than comb. Don't add comb randomly. Add comb only when the bees have built comb to the corners, when there are abundant external nectar and pollen sources, and when there are many young worker bees, because it is the young worker bees that have just emerged a few days ago that secrete beeswax to build comb. Being greedy for more comb will make the bees weaker and weaker, and the bees will also be prone to disease.
