Cat Breeds

1. British Shorthair

The British Shorthair, also known as the Exotic Shorthair or Blue Cat, is an ancient cat breed. At present, there are several main varieties, including orange-eyed white cats, blue-eyed white cats, odd-eyed white cats, cream cats, and colorpoint shorthair cats.

2. Persian Cat

The Persian cat, also known as the Persian or Himalayan, is a cat breed born in the United Kingdom after more than 100 years of selective breeding. It is the most common long-haired cat, and at present it can be divided by coat color type into solid, shaded, smoke, tabby, and multi-color types.

3. Siamese Cat

The Siamese cat is a world-famous shorthair cat that likes human companionship and can be walked on a leash. They reach sexual maturity early; a female cat comes into heat for the first time at 5 months of age. The heat frequency is once every two weeks, continuing as usual in autumn and winter without stopping. Siamese cats are more prolific than other domestic cats. Siamese cats have strong reproductive capacity, producing two litters per year, with 5 to 6 kittens per litter.

4. Ragdoll Cat

The Ragdoll cat, also known as the rag doll cat, fairy cat, or Birmadoll cat, originated in the United States and is a crossbred pet cat. It is one of the largest and heaviest cat breeds in existence.

5. Dragon Li Cat

The Dragon Li cat, also known as the Li cat, originated in China and belongs to the natural cat group; they are easy to feed and good at catching mice, and are deeply loved by ordinary people.

The several breeds introduced above are just a few of the more well-known cat breeds, but here we should remind everyone that no matter what breed of cat it is, everyone must take good care of them and must not harm them.
