How to Raise a Husky: Feeding Methods and Precautions
Erha is a nickname for the “husky”, because the husky's behavior and expressions look rather silly and goofy, so it got the nickname “Erha”. So how do you raise an Erha?
1. Erha Feeding Methods
1. Feeding: mainly dog food, paired with meat, vegetables, bread, etc., but it is best not to add oil, salt or other seasonings, as seasonings have adverse effects on dogs.
The body structure of dogs and humans is different. Eating some seasonings will not have much effect on humans, but it will increase the burden on a dog's kidneys and affect its health, so if you want to feed meat and vegetables, it is best to feed them plain and unseasoned.
In addition, when feeding puppies, the dog food needs to be soaked soft, because puppies' teeth and digestive system are not fully developed. Dog food that is too hard cannot be digested well and is not easy to absorb. After soaking soft, it is more suitable for puppies to eat.
Dogs cannot eat chocolate. This must be kept firmly in mind.
2. Training: methods such as food stimulation, mechanical stimulation and imitation training can be used.
(1) Food stimulation: give a food reward when the husky successfully completes training or when attracting its attention, to motivate its enthusiasm for training.
(2) Mechanical stimulation: the method of using tools to control the husky's behavior when it does not obey commands. The most commonly used is a leash (dog chain).
(3) Imitation training: let the husky being trained watch how a well-trained husky receives training and gets rewards, so that it is influenced and inspired. This method can vividly and effectively let the husky understand what to do, and the training effect is sometimes beyond what the mechanical stimulation method can achieve.
3. Other: usually pet the Erha more and take it out for walks more often, so that the Erha will be lively and affectionate with people.
2. Is an Erha Easy to Raise?
An Erha is actually not that easy to raise. Erha puppies are relatively fragile and prone to illness, so special attention must be paid during the raising process.
In addition to regular feeding and training, the Erha also needs regular deworming and vaccinations, so as to ensure the Erha's health.
